My name is Aida, and I’m the manager of Adventure in Courtenay, home to 22 wonderful children. We’re lucky to be located in such a beautiful part of the city, close to the park and the ocean.

However, getting there safely is a challenge. The lack of a sidewalk and crosswalk on Mansfield Drive means our children often have to walk through parking lots to reach the park and surrounding areas. We believe a safe, accessible route would make a meaningful difference for our children, families, and everyone who uses this area.

We’re asking our community and local administration to help make this simple but important improvement a reality. If you support safer access to the park, please sign our petition and help us show that our children’s safety matters!
