Petition Calling for the Resignation of Premier Tim Houston

Petition Calling for the Resignation of Premier Tim Houston
The Issue
We, the undersigned residents and supporters of Nova Scotia, believe that Premier Tim Houston has lost the confidence of many Nova Scotians and should step down from his position.
Under Premier Houston’s leadership, Nova Scotia has faced a number of serious and ongoing challenges that have raised concerns about the direction of our province, including:
. A perceived lack of transparency in government decision-making
. Insufficient consultation with communities on major policy decisions
. Concerns surrounding environmental protections, public land use, and development decisions
. Growing frustration over affordability, housing, healthcare access, and rising cost-of-living pressures
. Concerns about whether the long-term interests of local communities are being adequately protected and represented
Many Nova Scotians feel increasingly disconnected from decisions being made on issues that directly affect their families, communities, and future. Public trust in government depends on transparency, accountability, and meaningful engagement with residents.
We believe the province needs leadership that prioritizes openness, collaboration, and long-term planning in the best interests of all Nova Scotians.
Therefore, we call on Premier Tim Houston to resign from office and make way for new leadership that can work to rebuild public trust and address the pressing challenges facing Nova Scotia.
Sign this petition to demand that Premier Tim Houston steps down and makes way for leadership that values and prioritizes the people of Nova Scotia.
