Pauline Hanson has for years been pushing a racist agenda in Australia, a divisive and controversial figure in Australian politics and the social fabric of our society she has been given a platform to promote division and racial hatred as a regular guest on The Today Show on Channel 9.

It is clear that Hanson's contributions on social & political issues are sought not for constructive input but in the hope she will provide a click bait promotional opportunity, this is further evidenced by Channel 9's eagerness to circulate her controversial segments on social media.

We call on the senior management of Channel 9 to remove Hanson from the regular guest line up of The Today Show and to put in place a framework that ensures the voices of diverse groups are present to contribute during discussions about them and the issues that impact their lives.
