There  has been many cases of cruelty on animals and if someone is found guilty of animal abuse. He will have to pay fine of just.. Rs.50/- or at the most Rs.100/- and may be detained  for few days... Is that it? Dont you think  its a serious offence? Dont you think the punishment should be far stricter  than just paying fine of Rs.50/- . Is that the worth of animal's life?  Government should not only reconsider this law but should rewrite  it and the accused should be sent to prison for a year and shall pay a fine of atleast Rs.50000/- This way the rate  of cruelty on animals in india will decrease. This is an call for all the animals lovers.  If animals live with peace . Only then  we will  feel peace. So please sign this petition!
