This crazy, sadist monster woman(?) needs to be punished. Harmless stray dogs expect nothing but love from you, and probably some food to survive themselves. Psychology says there is a direct link between acts of cruelty to animals and violence toward humans. It includes child abuse, domestic violence, elder abuse and other violent behaviour.
They are psychopaths, and they deserve to be isolated, recognized and punished.
