This is to address the problem of the horrible video of a male human beating a dog in such a cruel  and disgusting way that it is triggering to even watch .  After doing such a heinous crime the abusers dared to post it on social media platforms which is horrendously astounding and speaks much about how violence towards animals is taken in such a lighthearted, insignificant way. Cruelty against animals in the namesake of fun, joke, to gain views in social media platforms etc has to stop. These treacherous abusers need to be held accountable for their disgusting actions to innocent lives. 

The shocking number of animal cruelty cases reported every day is just the tip of the iceberg—most cases are never reported. Intentional cruelty to animals is strongly correlated with other crimes, including violence against people.

People who hurt animals don’t stop with animals. There is an established link between cruelty to animals and violence toward humans. Ample research backs up the finding that there is a direct link between acts of cruelty to animals and violence toward humans. This includes child abuse, domestic violence, elder abuse and other violent behavior. So as a public we should head towards a direction where we will be able to stop such heinous acts and become a better society where people,animals and the environment can breathe in peace and tranquility.
