Today I am writing this petition to bring this matter under the attention of UP police and the judicial system of India as there are no solid laws against cruelty towards animals and the traitors flee without any harm. This should be changed.

I am no animal lover but still it was disturbing for me to see how this puppy was crushed to death and then she even had the audacity to post this on social network. I feel this is against humanity and the guilty should be punished. I am talking about a girl from lucknow named Pooja Dhillon who simply does not have her heart at the right place. She didn't just committed a crime but was also proud of it as if it were an achievement to her which is to my believe very stupid of her. 

I would like some solid rules to be drafted against animal cruelty. For now my main motive is for her to be punished under the provision of Sections 428 and 429 of the Indian Penal Code and the Cruelty to Animals Act of 1960.
