I am from Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand and here we do not have a single animal welfare or animal rescue aid. I have been seeing so many severely injured dogs lying on the road and there is no one to come and take them and give proper aid. The vehicle drivers are so ruthless, they just hit them and go away. It's just 2 or 3 that came into my knowledge but I am sure there are many but because there are no help, they are just left to die on the road. The dogs that I have been looking after are so badly injured that even we are not able to lift them and take them to any nearby hospital and as we are no proffesionals and we do not have much knowledge as how to cure their wounds and to be specific what exactly are they suffering from, we also can't give them any medication.  I am sure as there are no proper place to take them alot of passing by people  see them and ignore but if there had been places some of them might have helped those innocent animals. I would really request PETA or any animal welfare for that matter to open a rescue aid here in my city. Even not in my city then any place nearby so that they are just a call away and so that we can inform them as soon as anyone see a dog or any animal lying injured on the road. I hope you take this into your consideration and take a valid action on it.
