Permit continued tenancy for Yaseen Musalla in the Summerdale Plaza.

Permit continued tenancy for Yaseen Musalla in the Summerdale Plaza.
The Issue
We have been a tenant at this plaza since 2014, operating a reputable community center that helps Muslim students and parents participate and learn Islamic education. This center not only provides educational value but also strengthens our community bonds and offers a safe space for cultural and religious growth. Over the years, We've seen numerous families benefit from the services we provide, fostering a sense of community that is both enriching and supportive.
Throughout out tenancy, we have consistently paid rent on time and fully complied with the terms of out lease agreement. Our business contributes to the vibrancy and profitability of the plaza by drawing more visitors and customers. This naturally benefits nearby shopkeepers and increases overall business activity. Protecting out tenancy is not just protecting our livelihood; it is about preserving the community and cultural services that are vital to our neighborhood.
Despite these contributions, we are now facing the possibility of having to vacate. This would not only disrupt the services we offer to the community but would also create a void that impacts all the surrounding businesses who thrive on the community traffic we help generate.
We are calling on the plaza management to recognize the value and stability that our community center brings. By allowing us to continue renting this space, the management supports not just one business, but an entire community network that relies on our presence.
Please sign this petition to urge the plaza management to extend our lease agreement and support the continued operation of our community center. Your signature can help us continue providing essential services and foster a stronger community spirit. Together, we can make a difference and ensure that this center remains a part of our community for years to come. Please lend your support and add your signature to this petition.
