As a devoted NRL fan, I've poured my heart and soul into supporting this incredible sport that brings joy, excitement, and unity to our communities. However, my passion for the game has been tempered by a growing concern about the integrity of officiating, particularly when it comes to Adam Gee. His repeated biased decisions have left me questioning the fairness and authenticity of the sport I hold dear. There is already a petition for Ashley Klein and I believe Adam Gee should be alongside him as well as many others which leads me to make this petition. 

The National Rugby League is a cornerstone of Australian culture, celebrated for its athleticism, teamwork, and above all, its sportsmanship. But that spirit is compromised if referees, like Adam Gee, are perceived to be biased or incapable of impartial judgment on the field. Many fans across the country feel that Adam Gee's officiating has been inconsistent and has unfairly impacted the outcome of numerous games.

To preserve the integrity and fairness of the NRL, it's crucial that officials maintain the highest standards of impartiality. Allowing a referee who is continually perceived as biased to officiate can erode trust and diminish the genuine competition we love. According to a 2022 survey by the Rugby League Fans Association, over 70% of fans believe that biased refereeing is a serious issue affecting the game's reputation.

Therefore, I call on the NRL and its governing bodies to take decisive action by permanently banning Adam Gee from refereeing NRL matches. This move would demonstrate a commitment to fairness and show fans that their concerns are being taken seriously.
