Women, let's be real. The silence and awkwardness that surrounds periods is real. However, this is not because periods are shameful. It is because of the societal conditioning. I appeal to all individuals- men and women to support this cause because menstruation is a biological process: it is not something that should be hushed.

Let us all join hands and make the world a better and understanding place for women.  

Every time I spoke about menstrual wellness, I have been silenced. But the problem does not resolve itself. As a community it is our job to find solutions.
