Dear Australians,

I am writing to you to formally start this petition to stand for people with disabilities to be heard and equally respected to treat us with dignity. People with disabilities are not free loading off Australia and we didn't ask for our disabilities.

Please consider signing this petition to stand along side each other to show unity.

Human beings with a disability are much more than numbers, money pits to the Government's hip pocket or pieces of dirt on the bottom of the people's shoes.

The department are killing people with disabilities or families are murdering their loved ones with disabilities and committing suicide themselves, because the pencil pushers that are sitting behind their desks have no idea or insight into a human's disabilities.

It is extremely poor by the Australian Government when people feel like they don't matter or they have lost all hope in our lucky country. What a FASE.

Our Government is not listening to what people with disabilities, their needs or requirements to live and feel very valued in our country.

The NDIS/NDIA like to send threatening emails to try to intimidate people like myself, but I can stand for myself. What about the other people who can't stand up for themselves because they are too frightened because they might come out worse off. That is bullying and blackmailing at its finest.

Here is a bit of an insight into my dealings with the NDIS/NDIA one of many.

I asked for two days more to submit some more reports before the planner did my review, but they did it anyway. But, I had 3 planners over 6 month period, they can't wait 2 more days. I think that they just did it out of spite.

They have had 6 month to put the money for the new hoist and the 4-wheel drive wheelchair into my original plan, if they were so worried that the cost going up, they would have put the money in my plan, when these pieces of equipment were approved in the first place 6 months ago.

The NDIS/NDIA don't like it, because I have asked for another plan review, because they couldn't wait 2 more days to receive the final reports. So I will request for a plan review every day until I get a review.

I have also asked for a new planner.

I feel that they can't communicate with a person with a communication disability. They are a bully, rude and disrespectful to a vulnerable person with a high support requirements.

But I am an easy pull over just because I am in a wheelchair and have a communication disability, like they think. They think that I don't know how to speak out for myself and other people. Everyone has a voice.

The NDIS/NDIA promotes choice and control to all the participants.

I WANT A NEW REVIEW.

We are not dogs, we are human beings with rights.

I am speaking from my heart to help people who are stuck in the system and can't move forward or live their lives.
