In regard to single family unit developments, can you tell me whether PDS enforces SCC 30.25.016 and under what circumstances?  How does PDS apply this code provision to what are deemed to be significant trees and what is the level of preservation for significant trees?  Is clear cutting a SFU plat contrary to the code when there are significant trees on site?   I and others look forward to hearing what PDS’s position is.  Thank you for your consideration.
