Remember how it should be?

Check out what we sent to Haleh at PDS on August 4, 2021, her response and the advice of the county’s attorney from the civil division of the prosecutor’s office. We asked for some information regarding Ambleside and WSDOT and what PDS knew about it. PDS contacted the county prosecutor asking him if she had to tell us what we wanted to know. As you will see, here is what she said in her own words:

"…do I have to respond to him… Am I obligated to inform him of my meetings on the AMBLESIDE 19115780 SPA with WSDOT?"

PDS has referred to us in writing as third parties – like third wheels. As you can see the county prosecutor responded to PDS in an email the contents of which have been redacted! What is it we’re not supposed to know? Does it seem like neither PDS nor the county is purposely not sharing information with the citizens? 

Does this process favor PDS and the developer at the expense of the citizens?
