Expert opinion has pointed out flaws in Ambleside’s revised SEPA application recently submitted in September of 2021. It’s much like the one that PDS apparently rejected from the summer of 2019. Despite this, it appears PDS continues to “work” with the developer without input from the citizens. This is a continuing example of how PDS views the public and favors the prerogative of the developer.  As PDS stated earlier in this drama, citizens are third parties in our own neighborhoods(?)  Take a look at the following email I sent to PDS.  If you agree with it, let them and our county councilpersons and legislators know your opinion.
