Snohomish County will be holding an open house briefing tonight, via zoom, on its new draft stormwater manual, that must be adopted by July 1, 2021.  This manual has many bad things in it, to make it easier for developers to increase their profits at the expense of the environment.  What the County decides to do next week, will set the stage for water quality protection over the next 10-years.  What can you do?
