With the information we have, we are opposed to allowing the developer to have a waiver/modification for stormwater diversion in regard to the WSDOT 5 acre property adjacent to the Ambleside proposed development. If this is state land, isn’t this our land too?

Here is a letter to WSDOT from Senator June Robinson, Representative Emily Wicks, Representative John Lovick, Representative Derek Stanford and Representative Strom Peterson requesting a proper engineering and environmental review of both Ambleside and Snow Ridge developments .
