My name is PETER F. BORELLI,I'm 50yrs. old&been in prison since 2005. I have 2case(s)/on the 1st,I've been charged with 1st degree murder(under the Accomplice Act)Corrupt Organization,Racketeering&drug dealings(Docket No# CP.06.CR.3664(2005)I lost one brother to an overdose,I watched some of the life come out of my mother that day.I say that to say this,on March 16th,we went to meet someone who had threatened one of my other brothers with a friend of mine.I went with all desires to fix the issue but instead I was met with guns drawn&told to go& get my brother.I left unharmed&went to meet my brother&decided to go to an apt.on Walnut street of my brothers choosing&meet with said person that was threatening my brother. When the other person showed up with a friend,my brother&our friend went out to porch to meet them. I stayed upstairs in the apt. All of a sudden things got out of line&a life was taken. I never carried a gun or ordered a death!I've never had priors involving violent acts,I never killed anyone in my life. Even the alleged shooter stated under oath that he acted in self defense&not under any order. The only people to say otherwise were people seeking deals for their testimony,who were also involved in the case&were willing to lie for freedom. During the trial I was never allowed to enter the victims character or his extensive criminal behavior&convictions. All his tattoos were photo shopped from his body&was painted in a different light. At the apt.of the victim was a gun case missing the gun&1 magazine,a half eaten sandwich&a soda but at the scene of the incident, no gun was found but his friend ran to a car(which was his girlfriend)&handed her something. All of which was sweeper under the rug by the Prosecution&Judge who stood as the 13th jurior for most of my case,I was never allowed a true defense...Help me get one,

in  my other case,I was charged a 2nd time with Corrupt Organization,Drug dealings&Conspiracy to 1st Degree Murder(CP.06.CR.2479(2006)In November of 04",home with my son&when I was with him,I didn't have time for nothing else.I received 13calls from my cousin &when I finally picked up,he told me that he had been in a altercation with someone.I then called my other cousin(Jason Hummel) to go&pick him up&he went with a friend.When they showed up something happened& a life was taken.We were finally charged with Conspiracy to murder,in the middle of the trial. 4Co-defendants were charged with Conspiracy,no gun ever found&the actual shooter was never charged.Now,the only creditable witness was a delivery man with nothing to gain or lose for his testimony stated under oath that the Prosecutions star witness,who had driven the truck to pick my cousin up(&said so under oath)had shot the victim&was now blaming his friend that had went with him.The Honorable Judge Ludgate,(who once again acted as a 13th juror)&The Attorney Generals office under Mrs.Kane's direction(who was later convicted&found guilty of numerous charges)it is well known that Berks County has many issues with the way they conduct their investigations.I never carried a gun in the streets or killed anyone.I'm doing LIFE+98yrs. for crimes I did not commit. Finally,when asked if I may provide witnesses to speak to my character,I was limited to a few or threatened that my witnesses would be scrutinized.I was never caught with any drugs what so ever.A sale was said to have happened of 7 ounces of cocaine which was never produced nor was I allowed to face said buyer&that was the reason the indictment was started on me.There was so many inconsistencies in both cases from criminal bad acts placed on me from my codefendants, to phantom drug sells&drugs never produced from one case&year to the next. im asking for my cases to be reviewed&the truth be allowed to come out.
