A man with his two children, was spotted dragging a poor dog with a string tied to his scooter. The speechless canine collapsed on the road, soon after Animal Activist ‘ Pooja Bahukhandi’ forced the man to stop his scooter. 
On being questioned regarding his atrocious behaviour he said:- Humare ghr mein ghus raha hain hum kuch nahi kre ? 

He hurriedly removed the dog’s collar and the string tied around the neck. 

Refusing to accept his mistake, the man decided to escape the escalated situation.

Activist tried to followed him but he managed to escape.

We demand Vasant Vihar police to file and FIR against this culprit and punish his under law. 
We have all the proofs in which one can clearly see the cruelty.
