This beautiful boy's name is RJ. He was a good boy and a massive ball of love. Even though his owners were mean, abusive, and neglectful - he still always had a smile and was always happy to see me when I came to visit. He imprinted on me. I love this little doggo but sadly, only after two happy, play filled months he was on this planet, he passed away due to the neglect and abuse he endured every day. RJ's story is only one of many that have the same if not similar endings and nothing is being done about it! Despite PETA's best efforts to make it illegal and have the humans responsible for it punished accordingly the police still don't enforce the law against animal cruelty. Please help your local animals that are being abused or are just trying to find happiness; just like little RJ. Please reach out to people and animals alike because it's not just humans being abused or subjugated. Rest In Peace RJ, you were loved.

The injustice in America is not only limited to humans, but also to animals. I firmly believe that if an animal can emote and show happiness, sadness, anger, fear, and bordum then they too have a soul like we do. Since they can't themselves communicate with humans we as the higher being need to pay attention to their needs and wants so that they can also live long happy lives like we do.

Any non-human animal deserves a chance to be seen and heard for what they are and what they need. If an animal can suffer just like a human can then why don't we give them the same consideration we do ourselves? Because we misinterpret that fact that we are higher beings put in place to help, love, and guide the less fortunate; to include non-human animals. Please; stand up not only for the humans, but also the animals that fall prey to the very same abuse we give to our fellow humans.
