Innocent animals are being slaughtered in the name of Sacrifice to God. I feel that this is cruel. How can slaughter be humane, when we are killing someone who doesn’t want to die?

This needs to be stopped considering that this is a violation of Animal rights. Don’t they have the right to live?

Can we start offering love and compassion to God rather than death and suffering?

“If you have men who will exclude any of God’s creatures from the shelter of compassion and pity, you will have men who will deal likewise with their fellow men”, said St. Francis of Assisi.
