A man brutally killed 3 dogs and the reason he gave was shocking that dogs poop on the road and they are unable to go to temple. 

He poisoned one dog, killed another one by choking the neck by rope and killed third one by rod.

We want this person to be punished as this is completely unacceptable and against humanity!
