Putting this post after waiting for 4 days for an answerfrom pet shop pet hub dadabari kota Veer D Stylóxx. We brought home Golden Retriever puppy on 13th Dec night, we asked the pet shop owner for health certificate & all so he assured us and said u can see puppy is very active & rest I will provide. We brought him home with assurance and named him Cotton. 14th morning we took him to Vet and got him vaccinate and took all the necessary instruction for his care. 14th evening he started making some noise from his throat ... we consulted Vet and he said as its winter and he is 45 days old so lets give him some luke warm water and few drops of honey and it will ease his throat. We did same and also called n asked pet hub dadabari kota as to how he caught cold ... how did u all got him transported. He told us dont worry and just give him the cough antibiotic which we give to kids... well we didnot do so without Vet's permission and consulted vet again on 17th ... He was given antibiotic injection then and Vet told us to keep him updated. 18th morning when we didnot find much improvement Vet got him tested & Cotton came to be Parvo + . We immediately started treatment. We now called pet hub kota and told him about it also he had word with Vet and Vet also confirmed him that he has been exposed to Virus before reaching kota as onset of Virus takes minimum 3-5 days and he has been ill since the next day. Pet shop owner called us and said that people return puppies in this condition and he was glad that we were getting him treated. Since 18th till 21'st night every day 3hours morning and 3 hours evening we took cotton to Vet for drip. we also told @pet_hub_official to give us complete detail of his breeder from Jalandhar and his transport detail and health certificate- till date we have got nothing. 22nd Dec. morning Cotton left us, this lil life could not battle more. While treatment was going on we got his treatment cross checked from 3 other Vets even from out of Kota and yhey confirmed that this was the best line of treatment possible. We didnot return him because we knew they will throw him on road and not care. But I am just with point that @pet_hub_official should take the ownership ... animals life matter too ... he is taking it easy just because he wants to get away with it... Not acceptable ...The pet shop owner, breeders and transporters should take responsibility for them its just a money making business.
