Each and every day cruelty on animals are rising and one can hardly take action due to lack of law. Just as we humans feel pain and agony, animals go through the same if not more. It is due to the fact that there is no law against such cruelty and that they roam in streets in very poor condition, these innocents become victims of horrific crimes. The criminals easily commit horrible crimes that even include murder and rape  and get away untouched. The Lawmakers need to make stringent laws against perpetrators so that they are scared of committing such henious crimes.
