A 5 minute Google search will tell you that this is not the first time that Commerford & Sons has come under fire for their animal cruelty.

Disturbing reports of people witnessing them using bullhooks on their elephants have been posted. The animals they bring to fairs appear to many to be in a daze, almost as if they are drugged, or so miserable they are like zombies.

Even more disturbing reports have been posted of people driving by the Commerford & Sons property in Goshen, CT and seeing what appeared to be collapsed animals inside the fenceline that remained unmoving and did not appear to be breathing. All was reported, and yet STILL nothing has been done.

Commerford & Sons claims that the 70+ days spent at fairs “stimulate” their elephants from the boredom they must face at their main business in Goshen, CT. Do you know what else is “stimulating” C&S? ROAMING FREE OUTDOORS WITHOUT EXPECTATIONS TO BE A SLAVE FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT.

Please, read the attached article to find the heartbreaking accounts of what these elephants have endured SINCE THE LATE 1960’s.

Enough is enough.
