Farmers from district Vaishali in Bihar filed complaint against nilgai to Forest department of bihar and Forest department reportedly killed large number of nilgai (antelope), around 300 nilgai are shot with gun and those who survived are buried alive in past four days.

Farmers in area complain of there crops are being destroyed by nilgai. So an initiative was taken by Vaishali MLA rajkishore singh with cooperation of state government and local administration to hire a professional shooter to carry out killing
