Dog Killing.
A video of a dog being killed cruelly with a wood piece has surfaced.The persons in the video are speaking Tamil and that is the only clue which is available as of now.
A case has been filed by ashwath in Chennai CCB and if anyone has information about the same,kindly contact me!!
