As there are rules about hurting and dislocating animals, no one seems to follow it. One such is an incident of my residential area. The people are constantly trying to dislocate completely vaccinated, sterilized and unharmful dogs. Why is the reason you ask? Just because they sometimes bark to protect themselves and look for food. The feeders  (including me) are constantly threatened by the people of the residential area. They said they'll kill the dogs or break their legs and injure them, many attacks on the dogs have happened and the feeders are also constantly targeted. Also people should know that it is illegal to dislocate dogs from their birth place and a complaint can be filed against those who try to dislocate dogs and actions will be taken.

Better rules about the safety of animals and their feeders are needed to be made. The threats are still going on and the cruelty continues. Help the feeders and the animals by signing the petition and strict actions should be taken against people who are hurting the dogs and feeders.
