More than 100 dogs packed in sacks with just their head poking out and their mouth bound tight with rope are transported to nagaland form neighbouring states almost every day for meat purposes. As i stood there in BOC market, Kohima and observed, i noticed the dogs were just thrown out from the Transport vehicle which brought them. Most of the dogs landed on the ground with a loud thud,helpless and unable to do anything,they just awaited their fate. They may be street dogs but they do not deserve to endure such cruelty...
