Ruben Pichirilo is a career criminal. He has only been in prison 8.5 years and has been DENIED parole at least 3 times due to how violent and dangerous he is to the general public at large. Please do not let his victims be forgot. Ruben Pichirilo must remain incarcerated for his full sentence. He is a dangerous and evil man and will crime again and again.
