My disabled European Starling was taken from me on June 19th because they are illegal to own in PA, even though there are no actual laws that say so. PA is 1 of only 4 states that don't allow a United States citizen to possess an European Starling. Even in Canada you are allowed to have European Starlings as a pet. They are very very smart, can learn to talk, be affectionate, and act like a little feathered child that eats bugs. Essentially, they are just like parrots!
