Ocean Parking (Formerly known as Care Parking) are operating as rogue traders at the Peel Centre Stockport against the public, constantly sending illegitimate demands for payment, making fake claims about customers or ignoring their own records system.

Often customers at the Peel will discard purchased tickets days after staying and knowing this, Ocean Parking will ‘phish’ for these individuals hoping they have discarded the ticket after paying with cash. They will also even threaten customers who pay electronically and ignore bank statements in the hope the individual in question will be scared into paying. The scam tactics go on and on.

Despite an incredible amount of bad publicity and public outrage, the local authorities, Peel Centre shops, BPA and the landowners continue to turn a blind eye to this.

This petition calls on all connected parties to acknowledge the rogue trading taking place and for Peel Land and Property to revoke their contract and replace them with an ethical trader.
