Hello Neighbors,

Our local city council member, Lynn Schulman, has sent a letter to DOT asking for a "comprehensive study" to "identify ways to improve traffic congestion, pedestrian experience, and mobility concerns along the corridor." You can read more about it HERE.

This is a significant milestone in our campaign! With the Council Member's and community board's support, DOT can no longer ignore this issue! 

But we are not done yet, not until Austin St is actually fixed. Now we must ensure that DOT does the study and that any proposal they put forward MUST put pedestrian safety and comfort FIRST!
