Peace in Palestine by dismantling and reconstituting the Israeli state by judicial review.

This petition is to establish the sentiment of conscience that exists in the world as a primer and template for numerous individual national petitions (which this petition begs you start) to elected governments to force the will of the people upon them. Please read on and share furiously.
The United Nations General Assembly adopted resolution 181, also known as the Partition Plan for Palestine, in November 1947 in an act of great sympathy for the Jewish peoples who had suffered so harshly under Hitler and Stalin. This resolution recommended the creation of independent Arab and Jewish States and a Special International Regime for the city of Jerusalem. However, this has led to decades-long conflicts and unrest in the region, with Israel gaining the upper hand through it's international support and now displaying gross belligerences and human rights violations in the civil and militaristic subjugation of Palestinians, and occupation and settlement of their lands. This behaviour was prevalent also in the 'birth' of the state prior to the autonomous declaration of an independent Israel by David Ben-Gurion in the aftermath of terrorist campaigns against the indigenous communities in the 1930s and 40s that culminated with the Nakba when 750,000 Palestinian Arabs fled their homes to refugee camps and were never allowed to return. This as a consequence of a programme of Jewish immigration authorised under the League of Nations 'imperial' framework of mandates but contravened by the UK in it's mandate of Palestine ending in 1948. We believe that peace can only be achieved through the understanding among all members of the international community of the great injustice carried out 75 years ago to the indigenous Palestinian Arabs as millennia old inhabitants of that country, their home, the respect owed to them and that peace will never be achieved until the international community reverses the gross error of recommending the creation of a home for the Jewish peoples in someone else's home - in direct contravention of the League of Nations mandate for Palestine held by the UK, and it's guarantees and promises in favour of it's original inhabitants. Also for the UN recognising an ill begotten Israeli state, adopting the non-legitimate Balfour declaration as a legitimate idea and for granting further lands in the partition of Palestine all of which was wholly rejected by all of the Palestinians, their Arab neighbours, and understood by western leaders as fallacious and likely to lead to a bloodbath.. and further more the failure of the international community to circumscribe it's ward, something that is equally disquieting for global democratic values and of democratic institutions around the world generally. It is for this reason this 'public' petition is required to be lodged in every country to make it's appointed leaders serve the global conscience, as it is not being served...rather mutated by influence ambition and ignorance as it was in 1948, something that we should not be living with today....and that we use all the power of conscience and the democratic process to make the outcome what it should be.
We request that the International Court of Justice review the United Nations resolution 181 for it's legality and historical practicality in the name regional peace and global sanctity and for all the aligned determinations of the UN's member countries commitment to peace dignity and sovereignty. This process to reexamine and determine the validity of Israel's creation, recognition and inclusion as a member in the family of nations by the UN and the legality of Israel's subsequent historical conduct in respect of this affiliation, it's mandates charters and obligations under international law. That strict observance to the protocols of sovereignty in international law be applied and the recommendation to reconstituting Israel within territories recognised as not having being obtained by molestation, terrorism or occupation, or by new definition and that the UN emboldens its constitutional powers so that member states can not contravene it including a framework for the terms of external international support and interference in another country's commercial political cultural civic or militaristic life.
The Jewish peoples were given audience to their dreams based on a 2000 year old biblical association with this land, I think we can give the Palestinians audience based on their much more recent claim.
The level of disgrace in this has far exceeded the countenance of humanity, and all public powers should come to bear to end this once and for all..for ever; not just a reaction and judgement on now but why now is happening...and that's because of a grave error in the use of power and judgement to create and recognise Israel in someone else's territory and home. Israel now needs to be brought to account as do the international mechanisms that created it and do not effectively circumscribe it. Too many lives are being lost or subjugated by the unjust abuse of land belief and power. We all own the future especially if we take ownership of it..and we have the power to start that now...
