For more information, just go to www.paypal.com/us and click the USA flag in the bottom right corner of the page. Then click 'See all countries' from the drop-down menu that appears. Click the '190 Countries' link to see all the countries and regions which we operate in. I hope that your issue will be resolved shortly.
