I am seeking reification from Vineyards Management for causing grief and anguish from 2019-2021. During this time I bought my first home, a handyman special. Passed all the requirements within 30 days of "purchase" qualifying me for my title. I have not once hard anything from VMG about my title in 2+years. NOT one thing at anytime. Not once have they reach out about my title to the trailer. They have forced me into a lease for 2 years while I am waiting on my title. As this continues Iive in condemned conditions day to day. Without my title I CAN NOT access grants and assistance to upgrade the trailer. I have these resources and would use all that I can to make my home . This is my right. It has cause mental anguish because they are unwilling to do what's right. Leaving me in a unhealthy relationship with them. And I want justice. I have done my do diligence. I am wanting victory over Vineyards Management Group. 

I believe Vineyards didn't have the right to sell me my home. I believe it's in lien. And Vineyards have me in a lease under false terms. Vineyards expect me to leave and break my lease, so I am in the wrong. I am not going to do that. 

I am not the only community member in this situation. And there are many people in the Community of Stillwater that would like this company to become accountable for their actions.
