Westminster City Council are pushing ahead with plans to overhaul the PDHU (Pimlico District Heating Undertaking) at an estimated cost of £133-211 million. The PDHU supplies heating and hot water to 3300 homes in Pimlico but due to its age and poor maintenance by the Council, it is in need of major upgrades or replacement, which could cost residents up to £66k per property. 

We are calling for a pause in the Council’s consultation on the future of the PDHU. The process is flawed, trust has broken down, and resident voices are being ignored.
