STOP THE DORMONT JUNCTION HIGH-RISE!

To the 904 Neighbors Who Signed Our Petition:

Our grassroots transparency campaign has officially broken through the borough's wall of silence. Following our successful appeal before the state Office of Open Records (Docket AP 2026-3385), the borough was legally compelled to turn over certified financial disclosure files.

Now that our alliance has audited these public records line by line, the facts reveal exactly why Proposed Ordinance No. 1657 is being fast-tracked without basic safety plans:

The Corporate Conflict: Sitting Planning Commission member Nathan Tovornik is a corporate manager on the direct payroll of Oxford Development Company—the exact type of regional real estate monopoly that stands to benefit from this zoning deregulation.
The Infrastructure Threat: Under official penalty of perjury, the borough has admitted they possess zero traffic redirection studies from PennDOTand have left six full miles of our storm sewers completely unmappedright beneath our feet.
We are not against standard progress, but jamming high-density commercial development onto an unmapped utility grid is a massive safety gamble for our neighborhood's basements, streets, and home values.

We need to turn our 904 signatures into a physical presence they cannot ignore. Please pack the chambers, stand with your neighbors, and demand Council protect public safety and table the vote! [1.31]
