There was another dead whale found with a stomach full of plastic on the weekend. This one in the Philippines with 40 Kg of plastic to be exact. If what the New York Times says is "a common threat to marine wildlife", why is the subject of marine waste not taken seriously by the Agriculture, Fisheries, and Conservation Department? Why can't I find any references to the threat of marine waste on the AFCD's website?
