So the AFCD has started construction. The latest from them in terms of education is that, although they have agreed to have some form of marine waste education at the new marine park visitor centre, they will not finalise their educational exhibit content until the end of the year. I am worried that the end result for Marine Waste education will just be something like A4 paper size depicting cute mascots picking up litter placed on the wall of the future building. So, please help me keep pressure on the AFCD to make a real commitment to public education of the threat of marine waste to the sea life and all of us. Please encourage others to sign this petition no matter where they are in the world. We're the kings of waste and we got to change our ways urgently. Thanks! Chris
