Freedom, Independence, and the Service Dogs Beside Us

Today, as we celebrate freedom and independence, I want to recognize a different kind of independence…one that service dogs help provide to disabled handlers every day. For many handlers, a service dog means greater safety, confidence, and the ability to participate more fully in everyday life. These dogs work quietly beside their handlers, often performing tasks and noticing changes that the people around them never see. Tiny gives me a level of independence and safety that is difficult to put into words. This Fourth of July, I hope you'll continue standing with service dog teams by signing and sharing Tiny's Bill. Together, we can help build greater understanding, respect, and protection for service animals and the handlers who depend on them.
