I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has signed and supported Tiny's Bill. We've hit 65 signatures so far - and every single one means the world to me and Tiny.

A special thank you to Kate, who sent a beautiful video message reminding me - and all of us - that Tiny's Bill isn't "against" law enforcement. It's about protecting disabled handlers and their service animals during an emergency. That includes police, firefighters, EMTs, 911 dispatchers, and even tow truck drivers - anyone who might come into contact with a disabled person and their service dog in a crisis.

This bill is about education, prevention, and respect - not punishment. It's about giving first responders the training and tools they need to do their jobs better while protecting the rights of people with disabilities.

Another exciting part of the bill? We're working on a way for individuals to voluntarily register disability and service animal information into the 911 system, so that in a crisis, responders are already aware and prepared. This could save time, reduce confusion, and prevent trauma.

I've mailed hard copies of the bill to my senators, and I've emailed even more lawmakers and organizations. I'll keep reaching out until someone listens.

This bill was inspired by a traumatic moment in our lives - but your support is turning it into something hopeful and powerful. Thank you for helping make sure what happened to us will not happen to anyone else.              -Jocelin & Tiny
