Pass the "Sovereign Child Safety Act" – Reclassifying Child Safety as National Security

Pass the "Sovereign Child Safety Act" – Reclassifying Child Safety as National Security
The Issue
The Problem:
Right now, our system for protecting children is fragmented, outdated, and dangerously slow. When a child goes missing or is exploited, the response is often hindered by state lines, local budget constraints, and "red tape." While we have massive federal resources dedicated to cyber-security and border protection, the physical safety of our children—the literal future of our nation—is treated as a local police matter.
The "Epstein files" and recent history have shown us that wealthy predators use these systemic gaps to hide. This ends now.
The Solution: The Sovereign Childhood Act
We are calling on the U.S. Congress to introduce and pass legislation that fundamentally changes the "legal physics" of child protection:
1. Sovereign Entity Status: Declare every minor under 18 a Sovereign Protected Entity. Their physical safety becomes a matter of Top-Tier National Security, granting the federal government immediate jurisdiction.
2. The Perimeter Pulse (Zero-Border Protocol): Establish a mandatory, centralized federal database. The moment a child is flagged as missing, an automatic federal alert is pushed to every law enforcement agency and citizen phone in all bordering states—instantly.
3. Terrorist Classification: Anyone involved in the abduction, trafficking, or exploitation of a minor shall be legally classified as a Domestic Terrorist/Enemy of the State, unlocking the full weight of federal intelligence and surveillance to recover the victim.
4. Federal Bounties & Asset Seizure: Expand the "Rewards for Justice" program to child exploitation. Offer a minimum $50,000 bounty for credible tips, funded entirely by the 100% seizure of assets from convicted predators.
5. 25-to-Life Mandatory Minimums: Establish a federal mandatory minimum of 25 years in prison without the possibility of parole for any conviction under this Act.
Why Now?
We are tired of "awareness." We want an architectural change. We want a system where a predator has nowhere to run and nowhere to hide, because the moment they touch a child, they have the entire might of the United States National Security apparatus hunting them down.
Sign this petition to demand that our leaders prioritize the sovereignty of our children over the privacy of predators.
