The Red Flag Law/Extreme Risk Protection Orders can be used to temporarily take firearms away from people that deem a threat to themselves and others. A Mental illness, escalating threats, substance abuse, and domestic violence are some reasons why a judge can order weapons restrictions. More states are considering “red flag laws” but gun violence protection is a state, and is a nationwide concern, and Wisconsin should be one of the states that implement this law.  I hope you will help me in being Henry’s voice, and for all of the other children who might be suffering due to an emotionally abusive and a violent person.
