Today, I have been in direct communication with Brandon Smith, the primary sponsor of Jayden’s Law, regarding the bill and its next steps as it moves through the legislative process.

These conversations are productive, ongoing, and focused on ensuring that Jayden’s Law is carefully considered as it advances. At this stage, it’s important to allow the legislative process to work, so I won’t be sharing specific details yet — but please know that the dialogue is active and moving forward.

What matters most right now is that Jayden’s Law is being taken seriously, reviewed thoughtfully, and discussed at the highest levels of the process.
