Petition Description:

Charlee was a tiny kitten who suffered because someone knowingly passed him to others while refusing medical care — even when help and funding were offered. He did not have to die.

We are calling on the Georgia Legislature to pass Charlee’s Law — requiring:

🐾 Mandatory disclosure when surrendering a sick animal

🐾 Penalties for withholding vet care when help is offered

🐾 Public listing of convicted animal neglect offenders

🐾 Rescue reimbursement fund for medical burden

🐾 Mandatory reporting by rescues when illness is concealed

Georgia must protect pets — and hold people accountable when they knowingly allow suffering.

For Charlee, and for every animal failed by silence and neglect — we demand action.
