My mother is a hard working woman and has 4 children including me and ever since then she would always dream of having a wedding but money was tight so it never happened, 18 years later the day had come they were a bit stressed with getting everything they needed for the perfect wedding. They heard of Alexander Elias from a friend and decided to sign a contract with him stating he'd be in charge of organizing the party and my parents paid in advance that way they wouldn't have to worry about having to pay him back later but turns out it would have to be the other way around. Alexander Elias has platforms on many apps and does so to make a living which is understandable during these hard times. He is supposed to organize parties, special events and special occasions. I can't begin to comprehend why he chooses to sign contracts with his clinets if he won't keep his word. Alexander Elias signed a contract with my mother agreeing to decorate and order a large photo, a photo album and video copies of my mom's special day, her wedding. The contract was signed on October 22, 2021. He stated in a voice chat, "All the world knows that the process of photos and videos practically take approximately 1-2 weeks to be delivered to you." It's been 3 months since my mother's wedding and all we've received from Alex is ignored calls, ignored messages and deleted comments. This is the same man who is followed by many on these platforms and is being allowed to ruined these happy moments by lying and cheating innocent people out of their hard earned money. All I'm asking is for Alex to return my mother's money even though we won't receive the lovely memories of my mother's wedding. I'm begging you from the bottom of my heart to please help my mother. She says she feels helpless because she believes she won't be able to do anything given his following on these platforms but I at least want to try and help her because this isn't right. If Alex is reading this I hope you know I won't stop fighting for my mother because what you're doing is wrong and if I have to take this court I will.
