There are over 600 registered dog owners in Niagara-on-the-Lake.  A small, but vocal, group of people are campaigning for the closure of the historical off leash dog path at the Commons.    The gravel dog path has traditionally been available to all tax paying dog owners, and we would like to express our support for it to Parks Canada.       We would like Parks Canada to increase signage in the area directing walkers and cyclists to the paved path, and dog owners to their area to allow everyone access to the area.
