I'm hoping to break 1,000 signatures for this petition to present to Dallas County Commissoners this Tuesday. The state of Texas Health Services has come down hard and harshly on Parkland Health & Hospital System for serious violations. UT Southwestern should be forced to sever their relationship altogether with Parkland, as all UT does is hide behind Dallas county Parkland for an equitable amount of incompetence! I realize that many under/uninsured rely on county run Parkland, but there comes a point when they become dangerous enough, the state should shut them down and give the taxpayer money to a different facility to care for Dallas citizens. Most of Parkland's senior management are corrupt and, until they are virtually ALL fired, the threat and danger of Parkland and UT Southwestern will remain too serious! Clean house now, before Parkland/UT harm and/or kill more innocent victims!
