I received a voice mail yesterday from Parkland's Privacy Director, Chris Killgore-Lannan. She not only sounded distraught on the message, but she must have developed amnesia since the last time I spoke with her. In early April, I asked Lannan over the phone to whom the fax number belonged that Parkland in-house attorney, Brenda Neel Hight fraudulently used on Ms. Hight's response letter head. I explained to Lannan that I had relied upon it to fax a signed change of address to Parkland in order to keep my file up to date. Killgore-Lannan said she had no idea to whom that fax number belonged and as a result, never received my signed fax requesting to update my recent move/change of address. Yesterday, Killgore-Lannan stated it was a legitimate fax in her department, but just not inside her office. So why wasn't my address changed then if the fax came to her department? Because Killgore-Lannan is again LYING! I recorded her last phone conversation. Perhaps she needs a reminder!
